Conducted during the first semester in the first year of study, you will embark on a journey to explore holistic health and wellness management with sports elements. You will also learn how to customise health and physical activities that cater to people at different stages of life.
Through the CSHP, you will be introduced to a variety of career options from the sports and health industry, guiding you to select your preferred diploma specialisation from any of the following SHL diplomas to continue with your studies:
- Diploma in Health Services Management (R45)
- Diploma in Health Management & Promotion (R43)
- Diploma in Outdoor & Adventure Learning (R33)
