About This Course
Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
1. consolidate data based on defined data requirements from relevant sources of data and sampling techniques in accordance with data collection processes and tools
2. evaluate integrity of data in accordance with the data quality standards
3. identify and select appropriate techniques and tools to extract data based on the defined requirements
4. meet the required standards of data sufficiency and adequacy to perform data analysis
5. organise the collected data in preparation for the data analyses
6. conduct preliminary data analyses for review and verification
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
• Be at least 21 years old
• English proficiency level equivalent to Grade C6 of GCE ‘O’ Level English or Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5.
• Numeracy skills at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5.
• Basic Information and Communications Technology (ICT) skills.
• Basic understanding of data.
Required years of experience in relevant domain:
Learners are expected to have at least 1 year of working experience to allow them to grasp organisation’s processes and apply the knowledge gained from the course.
