Learners attending the course will be equipped with knowledge and skills to optimise lighting schemes and designs to achieve energy-efficiency and sustainability for buildings
Building Envelop and Lighting Systems is one of five elective modules in the Singapore Certified Energy Manager Programme.
Entry Requirements
Assumed Skills and Knowledge
Learners are assumed to be:
● Knowledgeable of electrical engineering competencies
● Possess broad knowledge of power plant systems and equipment
● Minimum Entry Requirement: Engineering Diploma
● Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills System i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 4
● At least 2 year working experience in engineering-related jobs
● Aged 21 and above
SEAS shall assess the suitability of learners by requesting for their CVs.
Learners keen to join without the necessary pre-requisite knowledge and experience stated above may be assessed if they have other relevant experience to access the course, on a case-by-case basis.
