What You'll Learn
This course seeks to provide learners with a basic understanding of the Ministry of Manpower's legislation and regulatory requirements concerning employment practices, workplace safety and health, as well as personal data protection. Learners will gain an understanding of the key provisions of these pieces of legislation and how they impact employers and employees in Singapore. The course will also provide guidance and tips on best practices in complying with these legislative requirements.
