What You'll Learn

This course covers the Systems and Capabilities expected of a Training Provider (TP) to support the fulfilment of its roles and responsibilities. It is specially designed for TPs aiming to equip their staff with effective & efficient skills and knowledge in training system planning and implementation, which includes the process flow [what, who, when, why and how] of tasks, including responsibilities for the tasks and timelines of completion.

Entry Requirements

The entry requirements are:
• 18 years and above, with minimum 3 months of working experience.
• Possess minimally a ‘N’ Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5.
• Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5.
• Possess basic computer literacy, including navigating a personal computer operating system and internet skills.
