About This Course
At the end of this Exotic Thai and Vietnamese Dishes module, participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills to:
- Explain and demonstrate quality characteristics and identifying quality cooking ingredients for Thai and Vietnamese dishes
- Demonstrate the cooking of Thai dishes based on industry practice
- Demonstrate the cooking of Vietnamese dishes based on industry practice
- Explain and demonstrate the process of perfecting and presenting Thai and Vietnamese dishes
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
• Age: Minimum 21 years old and above
• Learners must have at least Primary level with ability to understand and write basic English and/or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) score: Level 4 for Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing and Numeracy
• Recommended for learners to have at least 1 year of working experience in the food services industry
