About This Course
"Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
• LO1. Determine the Behavioural Safety Programme (BSP) design parameters and characteristics of behavioral safety
• LO2. Develop Behavioural Safety Programme (BSPs) according to the design parameters such as organisational readiness, types of at-risk and critical behaviours, using various modes of data collection
• LO3. Assemble a Behavioural Safety Programme (BSP) Steering and Working Committees
• LO4. Manage BSP implementation according to the BSP specifications such as stakeholders, data collected and review techniques and tools
• LO5. Evaluate BSP performance outcomes to rectify types of performance gaps with corrective and preventive actions"
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
"- ES WPLN Level 6 or Grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ Level for English and Mathematics
- Grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ Level Science (Chemistry and Physics) or Chemistry and/or Physics bridging course/assessment
- Possess WSH skills and knowledge equivalent to that of Advanced Certificate in WSH
- At least 2 years of post-WSH qualification working experience as WSH supervisor, coordinator or similar occupational role
- Completed 3 Pre Requisite Modules , with 1 module from Group 1 (OH Units) and 2 modules from Group 2 (Soft Skills)"
