About This Course

Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
• LO1: Analyse organisation’s WSH culture profile using WSH CultureSAFE model and index system
• LO2: Compile organisation’s current WSH culture profile report
• LO3: Develop a WSH culture implementation plan based on organisation’s current WSH culture profile
• LO4: Implement the proposed WSH culture implementation plan
• LO5: Evaluate the effectiveness of the WSH culture implementation plan

What You'll Learn

This course will impart the knowledge and skills for individuals assigned as a WSH cultural development member to contribute to the WSH cultural development in their organisations. Learners will benefit from this course as they will develop the necessary skillset to analyse the current state of WSH culture within their organisation, recording the findings from the analysis, utilise the data to formulate a WSH cultural implementation plan and initiate the implementation of the plan before evaluating the progress and effectiveness of the implementation plan.

Entry Requirements

- ES WPLN Level 6 or Grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ Level for English and Mathematics
- Grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ Level Science (Chemistry and Physics) or Chemistry and/or Physics bridging course/assessment
- Possess WSH skills and knowledge equivalent to that of Advanced Certificate in WSH
- At least 2 years of post-WSH qualification working experience as WSH supervisor, coordinator or similar occupational role
- Completed 3 Pre Requisite Modules , with 1 module from Group 1 (OH Units) and 2 modules from Group 2 (Soft Skills)
