About This Course

Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to
• Develop methods to monitor and control compliance with legislative requirements, including to corrective measures, as well as developing the guidelines to assist with the Shipper instruction for Dispatch (SID) and export document in the cargo issuance and dispatch activities.
• Examine the various elements of relationship management with customers, suppliers, shippers and customs for ease of clarification when required in the cargo issuance and dispatch process.

What You'll Learn

The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Logistics industry with in depth knowledge and skills to develop methods to monitor and control the compliance with legislative requirements in assisting with the Shipper instruction for Dispatch and export document in processing the cargo issuance and dispatch, and to manage relationship with customers, suppliers, shippers and customs in the cargo issuance and dispatch process.

Entry Requirements

1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
