What You'll Learn
The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Logistics industry with in depth knowledge and skills to manage of individual’s emotions and behaviours as they have direct relationship to and will impact business growth, to build a sincere and genuine rapport among business parties to achieve mutual agreements in business partnership, to promote trust and to build credibility to support business negotiation, and to perform cost-benefit analysis to allow the company to measure the benefits of a decision to reach the agreeable solutions.
Entry Requirements
1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
