What You'll Learn

This course will impart the knowledge and skills for WSH professionals to carry out analyses and consolidation of key information and value propositions in the construction of a viable business case to meet their organisations’ WSH needs. WSH professionals will benefit from this course as they will develop the necessary skillset for thinking in the shoes of decision makers in top management and shifting their mental model to convey WSH initiatives and programmes not as “cost centres” but value-generating efforts that contribute to their organisations’ strategic objectives.

Entry Requirements

- ES WPLN Level 6 or Grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ Level for English and Mathematics
- Grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ Level Science (Chemistry and Physics) or Chemistry and/or Physics bridging course/assessment
- Possess WSH skills and knowledge equivalent to that of Advanced Certificate in WSH
- At least 2 years of post-WSH qualification working experience as WSH supervisor, coordinator or similar occupational role
