About This Course

Students will learn to look at the societal context to examine the social or environmental impact that a brand can potentially have before embarking on planning and designing a sustainability communications strategy. In addition, students will learn to define the audiences they want to target and the content ideas available to develop their sustainability messaging. Students will also learn to plan and develop public relations and marketing communications campaigns to avoid greenwashing and amplify their messages appropriately.

What You'll Learn

This module aims to equip students with the importance of businesses to communicate about their sustainability efforts, how businesses should communicate about sustainability, and what about sustainability they should be talking about.

Entry Requirements

A relevant local polytechnic diploma or degree from recognized institutions.

Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness.
