About This Course

At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to:
• Identify different media of visual language and describe what they represent
• Tap on the potential of colour and typography to design for impact
• Articulate how brand elements can be adapted for consumer loyalty
• Discern visual quality by identifying visual strengths and weaknesses

What You'll Learn

Visual language is a system that conveys meaning through visual elements. When a visual language is meaningful and consistent, it makes it easier for your consumers to identify and relate to your content and products. In this module, participants will be equipped with an understanding of the use of design elements, colours, typography, and images to express their brand values and drive conversions through subconscious triggers. They will learn that design is not simply a glossy veneer that is applied after the ‘important’ work has been done. Instead, its impact is especially significant in the digital world we live in, where every generation is conditioned to think, communicate and interact visually.
