LU1:Objectives of an Interview
- LO1 To identify the objective of an interview and the types of interviews
LU2: Interviewing Ethics, Regulations and Legislation
- LO2 To relate the legal, regulatory, ethical, and socio-cultural constraints to conducting interviews 
LU3:Interviewing Skills and Techniques
- LO3 To prepare appropriate interview questions and manage the interview process with candidates 
- LO4 To apply effective questioning and active listening techniques in delivering the interview questions in accordance with interview structures 
LU4 Follow up interview outcomes and provide feedback
- LO5 To improve organisation’s selection procedures
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
• Be above 18 years of age to 65 years of age 
• Have an understanding of the organisation’s product and service offering 
• Have an understanding of the organisation’s structure, standard operating procedures and guidelines on a relevant area of work. 
• Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 5.
