About This Course
The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) defines Business Coaching as the process of engaging in regular, structured conversations with a client, with the goal of enhancing the client’s awareness and behaviour so as to achieve business objectives for both the client and their organisation. This certification programme aims to support participants to obtain the Registered Corporate CoachTM (RCCTM) credential, as they build, formalise, and consolidate their skills to have effective coaching conversations as a leader to advance the performance and wellbeing of individuals, teams, and organisations through their coaching journey.
Module 1 focuses on the ‘science’ of coaching; the essential core foundational skills, including the models, structures and tools that make up a robust process to enable highly effective coaching sessions.
