About This Course
Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to
• Develop strategies to meet customer requirement using sustainable service innovation frameworks through understanding of customer’s buying behaviour and decision-making process.
• Lead budgeting and regulatory process that support business solutions
• Devise service quality and customer satisfaction key performance indicators to communicate and guide discussion with stakeholders
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
3) Applicants must be proficient with digital devices such as personal computer and tablet and apps like internet browser, video conferencing system to attend the e-learning session and complete all online assessments independently. We conduct Learner’s Orientation before start of course. When applicants are found not ready for Syn & Asyn e-learning will be advised to attend the in-person training mode.
