About This Course
Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to
• Analyse impact of market landscape and trends on new and/or existing products and offerings
• Methods to develop customer acquisition and retention programmes as subject to costs and the objectives to strengthen customer relationships
• Develop business opportunities by understanding and determining customer needs and expectations
• Establish partnership collaboration opportunities to develop and recommend strategies on organisation’s market positioning implementation plans
• Develop and implement plans with stipulated metrics to track progress and success of customer engagement in achieving programme objectives
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
3) Applicants must be proficient with digital devices such as personal computer and tablet and apps like internet browser, video conferencing system to attend the e-learning session and complete all online assessments independently. We conduct Learner’s Orientation before start of course. When applicants are found not ready for Syn & Asyn e-learning will be advised to attend the in-person training mode.
