About This Course

Entry Requirements
The target learners are supervisory staff holding front-line or supervisory management roles in their organisation and plays a part in supporting and executing business tactical processes in their organisation.
Learners are assumed to:
- Be able to speak, listen, read, and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3.
- Have no less than 2 years of work experience in supervisory roles
