About This Course
The objective of this course is to teach you the tips, tricks and build your knowledge and ability to apply communication and conflict resolution techniques to achieve desired negotiation outcomes.
You will be able to finalize the negotiation and take necessary follow-up actions to close the negotiation such as using small steps in negotiation, identifying a weak spot in negotiation, avoiding the final offer and knowing when to walk away from a deal.

A good negotiator should know their own goals and objectives, as well as their counterparts’ goals and objectives, before beginning negotiations.
Negotiation is a fundamental part of business, but it can be both difficult and time-consuming.

Entry Requirements
The learners must declare their working experience and academic qualifications that validates their basic knowledge.
Knowledge and Skills
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels Passes including English or WPL Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores)

Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
• Minimum 18 years old
