About This Course
Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
•	LO1: Evaluate employee engagement using internal and external trend analysis and human capital statistics based on communication objectives
•	LO2: Choose appropriate and available communications platform and channels to disseminate information  
•	LO3: Design employee engagement strategies and policies with stakeholders that meet organisational goals and objectives centred on changing business landscape
•	LO4: Assess employees’ level of acceptance of organisation’s vision, mission and core values keeping in mind the impact and drivers of employee engagement and take corrective actions where needed
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
• At least a Diploma
• Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 7
• At least 2 years of management work experience is required 
*Learners who do not qualify in terms of education but have at least one year of relevant working experience will be admitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the Management Representative (MR).
