What You'll Learn
In the past, business can do sales plan once a year and reach out to similar and homogeneous consumers. This is no longer viable today. Delivering sales results is becoming more difficult with the proliferation of information through social media and the internet; consumers are better informed, and take action based on the latest information and offerings.
Through this course the sales team of retailers will be guided from ground zero to the level of strategically aligning and executing sales target plans based on their specific customer profiles, and maximising sales value by providing products and services relevant and demanded by their consumers. Learners will learn to perform sales backed by data, plan and execute sales plan to achieve better results and leverage feedback system to better meet individual customers’ needs.
