About This Course
This master’s degree is designed to equip recent graduates with future-ready human capital management skills and competencies. With significant developments in various human resources (HR) areas over the past 20 years, the HR function will demand talents with new and improved proficiencies, particularly in data analytics. The NUS Business School curriculum will combine functional HR capabilities with an analytical perspective, to help you transform data into actionable insights and develop suitable changes in the workplace.

- HR as Strategic Partner for Growth and Transformation (2 MCs)
- Leading and Managing Difficult Employees (2 MCs)
- Talent Assessment & Selection (4 MCs)
Entry Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. English Language Proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL) - not required if English is Mother Tongue or medium of instruction of undergraduate programme
3. Admission Interviews (conducted for shortlisted candidates only)
