This training is relevant to all staff that are tasked with collating, managing and analysing data, up to an intermediate level, of the organisations to determine current performance and then develop recommendations for improvement to senior management.
The course is suitable for organisations in all industry types and sizes. Whilst users are familiar with the basic aspects of using Microsoft Excel, many novice users are still not able to use the application effectively as they are not fully conversant with the various features available in the software.
