About This Course
The Part –Time Diploma (Conversion) in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) (DCCP) aim to prepare the students to demonstrate:
• Understanding of a child’s development and its implications on student services and practices;
• Skills and knowledge in managing students’ challenging behaviors
• Skills and knowledge in guiding students using effective communication, facilitation and behavioral management strategies;
• Skills and knowledge in managing various processes of programme management such as conducting needs assessment, curriculum planning and development, implementation and evaluation;   
• Skills and knowledge in managing stakeholders of student services centres;
• Skills and knowledge in leading and mentoring student services staff

Entry Requirements
• A local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree with at least 1-year relevant working experience
• State-recognized University Degree in any discipline where the medium of instruction is English and with at least 1-year relevant working experience.
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
