About This Course
• LO 1: Describe a personal mindset of unlearning and good work for navigating change
• LO 2: Develop a plan to guide team members in identifying goals and formulating career plans
• LO 3: Describe the use of listening and questioning techniques in communicating with team members
• LO 4: Demonstrate a discussion with team members on organisation learning policies, and encourage self-reflection and accountability on goal setting
• LO 5: Describe and apply coaching and mentoring techniques to help team members achieve goals
• LO 6: Describe and apply performance review techniques to evaluate team members capabilities and learning styles
• LO 7: Describe and apply motivation techniques to reinforce behaviours that contribute to growth.

This course will develop your skills for coaching and helping team members to identify and leverage their strengths to improve performance.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be between 18 and 55 years of age
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in a role that involves the usage or oversight of data to be analysed
- Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills (ES) Workforce Skills. Qualification (WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
- Be able to operate a computer or laptop to perform basic data processing tasks
- Learners with WPL Level 4 may be accepted into the course if they have 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- At least 1 GCE N Level pass in English
