Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to
• Analyse cargo operations data to review efficiency of cargo receipt, inspection and delivery process
• Review cargo inspection processes according to the international customs, standards and immigration procedures to keep cargo documentation up to date
• Analyse and review freight operations according to various international authorities’ requirements and regulations in air and sea carriage to keep the practice or transaction up to date

What You'll Learn

The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Logistics industry with in depth knowledge and skills to conduct data analysis to review the efficiency of cargo receipt and inspection process from the point of receiving to delivery, to review the process and procedure in cargo receipt and inspection to develop the procedures or documentation for managing the changes of the international rules and standards that are impacting the cargo receipt and inspection process, and to review the existing international rules, regulations, standards and requirements that affect freight operations

Entry Requirements

1) Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
2) Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
3) Applicants must be proficient with digital devices such as personal computer and tablet and apps like internet browser, video conferencing system to attend the e-learning session and complete all online assessments independently. We conduct Learner’s Orientation before start of course. When applicants are found not ready for Syn & Asyn e-learning will be advised to attend the in-person training mode
