What You'll Learn
This course is targeted at the retail industry and aims to stir up economic activity through training in new methods of marketing and sales. Our target audience will be sales executives working in the Retail Sector. Current sales executives are familiar with how traditional retail operates and have become savvier with digital retail over the last few years. However, as customer preferences change, sales methods evolve beyond the existing expertise of our targeted sales executives. Therefore, it is imperative that training is provided for this group to keep up with the times.
