What You'll Learn
This module will introduce a well-structured coaching and mentoring framework for long-term developmental process. It will equip workplace practitioners with effective coaching and mentoring skills. The module will help them harness emotional intelligence to guide workplace learners to move from initially engaging in task-oriented learning activities to one of becoming constructive and engaged employees.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should possess a relevant local polytechnic diploma or degree in any discipline.
If you do not meet the entry requirements, you may be considered for admission to the course based on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). For shortlisted applicants, you may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
