About This Course
The module will provide an overview of the GxP regulatory standards and requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, starting with the drug development process to production of the finished product. GMPs and the Quality Management Systems covering organization and personal, equipment and facilities, contamination control, documentation management, packaging and labeling and API and biologics manufacturing will be covered.
What You'll Learn
In the cGMP Compliance (GMP) module, students will learn about GxP regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry, covering the entire drug development process from raw materials to finished products. They will gain insights into GMP requirements, including quality management systems, contamination control, documentation, packaging, labeling, and manufacturing practices for APIs and biologics. This foundational knowledge prepares students to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical production.
Entry Requirements
• A Diploma / Degree in technical disciplines such as Science, Engineering or Information Technology, or
• A Diploma or Degree in a non-engineering / non-technology disciplines AND a Credit or minimum grade of C6 in GCE "O" level Science Subject.
