About This Course
The modern workplace requires individuals to be both task- and relationship-oriented. Our work now focuses on collaboration, communication and problem solving as building blocks to work cohesively and productively within an organisation. At work, in the process of presenting and exchanging ideas, we are constantly being influenced or trying to influence others.
Through this course, learn how you can become more competent at understanding stakeholders, developing relationships and eventually influence them and solve problems collaboratively.

This program is is targeted at staff of organisation seeking to elevate their personal brand at the workplace. This series provides them with the knowledge and ability to be able to develop themselves for success; enhance their personal image; and to be able to communicate effectively.
Entry Requirements
The target learners are individuals who are looking to elevate their personal brand. They are assumed to:
• Be able to speak, listen, read, and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4.
• Have worked for at least 1 year
