• Set mindful boundaries and access support early
• Strengthen employee relations and engagement

What You'll Learn

Employee wellbeing has been identified as the key to developing organisational resilience. With hybrid work arrangements, there is also greater awareness and emphasis on employers’ duty of care to employee wellness. This course will enable participants to use basic concepts in psychological first aid and a mindful approach to help provide effective peer support that contributes to organisational resilience and a future ready workforce.
