What You'll Learn
The objective of this course is to present neuroscience-based resilience knowledge and skills to help participants improve their personal mental health and emotional well-being. The need for economic transformation, hybrid workplace arrangements, environmental extremes, pandemic safety disruptions have placed a premium on mental well-being of the global citizen. This module aims to build on participants’ foundational knowledge and skills to support personal self-care and resilience. By adopting scientific evidence-based practices, participants will learn to enhance their mental well-being and empower themselves to thrive in Life and Work.
