At the end of the 2-day course, participants will
● Understand the fundamentals of effective presentations, and how they can be applied in the eCommerce sector.
● Develop the ability to recognize and consider the role of diverse stakeholders in the eCommerce industry when delivering presentations, considering their competing demands and interests.
● Understand factors that affect their confidence and anxiety levels and learn ways to take control of their fears.
● Acquire skills to enhance the effectiveness and persuasiveness of presentations, including the ability to distinguish between traditional and digital presentation platforms and apply appropriate techniques.
● Learn to organise complex information using systematic structures and tools to cater to different stakeholder demands in the eCommerce industry.
● Develop and refine presentation skills through practical exercises and feedback from trainer and peers, enabling participants to present their ideas and perspectives confidently and effectively within the eCommerce ecosystem.
