This course is designed for information or knowledge professionals working or seeking to work at the managerial level in the knowledge economy. Learners will learn key principles, concepts, and practices of organizational information management applicable to information-intensive industries, including retail, manufacturing, finance, healthcare, library, government, IT, and education.
