Are you looking for ways to maximise revenue for your event space? This course is for you!

Each function space and revenue source has its own unique characteristics. Through this course, you will first learn how to appreciate the similarities as well as differences between rooms and function spaces. Equipped with a better understanding of the physical characteristics of an event space, you will then be exposed to business strategies that can be adopted for an increased yield. These include space optimisation theory, pricing, and communication tools that can be applied for revenue maximisation. As part of the course, management of demand and supply will also be discussed.

To enhance your learning, real-world scenarios will be also be highlighted; allowing you to apply the concepts and strategies learnt. Upon completion, you will be able to formulate revenue management strategies to optimise demands for event spaces.
