About This Course

Participants will be introduced to a range of possesses that will help to support the operation and human resource management at their centres. This will include introduction to the Employment Act and topics related to talent acquisition, management and rentention. Participants will examine the rationales and effectiveness of the current operations and identify ways to develop more effective processes to improve the overall efficiency of the centre. Legal and ethical considerations in student care practices are also addressed in this module.
