About This Course
1. Appreciate Design Thinking as a mindset and tool for solving modern challenges 
2. Learn from successful design thinking projects 
3. Evaluate the environmental impact in product design through product life cycle analysis (LCA) 
4. Create user research plan 
5. Conduct user research and capture insights of user experience using selected tools 
6. Craft a How Might We (HMW) opportunity statement.
7. Generate ideas using ideation techniques.
8. Evaluate and prioritise ideas.
9. Create a prototype using a selected format 
10. Select and use a defined testing method to conduct validation of selected idea.
11. Use feedback tool to capture results of testing for iteration.
12. Craft an implementation plan to manage innovation 
13. Assess challenges to implementation and identify ways to overcome.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Age: 21 years old
Language: Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 6/ CEFR – B2/ IELTS – 5.5 - 6.5/TOEFL – 72 - 94.
Academic: Obtained at least a C6 at GCE O-Level in English, ITE qualification or Diploma and above.
