About This Course
Value-driven development has customer satisfaction as its focal point. In managing projects, project managers have to balance customer demands and team members buy-in to achieve the project scope within the cost and deadline given. This course aims to enhance participants teamwork performance in delivering value-driven development projects. The course adopts an experiential and applied approach to learning using games, discussions and collaborative work to encourage immediate application to participants work contexts.
