What You'll Learn

This 2-day programme aims to equip the learners with the skill sets to create a marketing plan, develop lead generation strategies, evaluate performance metrics, and effect CRM solutions to engage and upsell to respective target audiences. At the end of the programme, learners shall acquire marketing leadership skills that enable strategic decision-making leading to achieving desired outcomes and KPIs.

Entry Requirements

● 21 years and above
● Possess minimally a Diploma Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
● Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5
● Computer Literate with basic knowledge such as browsing the web, opening of folders and documents, and basic navigation of software interface
● Minimum 1 year of working experience
