What You'll Learn
The curriculum adopts a learner-centric approach towards the design of the learning and assessment as well as learning experience. The Ab-sorb-Do-Connect framework (Horton 2012) is adopted to integrate all facets of the curriculum, instructional strategy and sustainable assess-ment continuum.
Entry Requirements
Intermediate - PME & Non-PME
It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
• Have more than 2 years or more of work experience; and
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
