About This Course
While many may agree on the importance of testing a business idea with users before building a product, many may not be aware of how to avoid common pitfalls when running these experiments.
What You'll Learn
In this workshop, participants will use The Validation Board, a tool based on Eric Riess Lean Start-up methodology, to test remaining assumptions for your (start-up) idea, product or service. While generating a new business idea may be difficult, the greater challenge is to ensure adequate demand for the product. Testing business cases is about getting out of your comfort zone, testing assumptions, gaining insights from the testing, and designing a better/improved value proposition; again and again.
Building a start-up is not simply about building an execution plan for a business model that the entrepreneur thinks will work, but rather, a search for the actual business model itself.
