About This Course
This 1-day course aims to equip participants with the basic understanding of basic patient care for frontline ambassadors to perform their job. At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Understand the chain of infection cycle to better prepare them in the course of work and for risk management
2. Apply proper infection control techniques to minimise spread of infectious diseases in carrying out their duties
3. Apply appropriate communication skills in the execution of their job roles and identify non-verbal cues
