About This Course
This course aims to equip participants with the requisite knowledge and skills to formulate quality nutritious meals incorporating appropriate Chinese herbs to improve overall blood circulation and promote a healthy digestive system. Through this course, professionals in food related industries such as food technologist, R&D chefs and meal planners will be able to gain knowledge and skills to enable them to leverage on the benefits of Chinese herbs when developing innovative food products promoting a healthy, nutritious and wholesome diet for consumers.
What You'll Learn
Participants will also learn appropriate cooking methods that are suitable for inclusion of appropriate Chinese herbs into food products for a wholesome diet to achieve the intended objective of physical wellness. A review and discussion of current innovation and trends in this aspect that contributes to the retailing of more wholesome food for consumers will also be covered in this course. Retailers in the food and TCM-related sectors will also be able to utilize insights gained through this course to provide useful information to consumers when marketing their products. This is in line with the key objectives and trusts outlined through related ITMs of the sector (ref corresponding info in Column W of this submission)
