This series provides them with the knowledge and ability to develop self-awareness and personal brand; inspire and drive innovations in the organisations and to communicate as an effective leader.
One of the key skills for leaders to navigate these VUCA times is to be able to convey and exchange thoughts, ideas and information effec-tively through various mediums and approaches. This course is designed to equip leaders with skillsets to synthesise information and inputs to communicate to multiple stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. They also learn how to manage difficult conversation professionally with tact and discretion.
Entry Requirements
It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 8; and
• Have more than 3 years or more of work experience; and
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
