About This Course
At the end of the programme, you will be able to:
• Establish common purpose or goals to ensure stakeholders’ alignment to achieve intended outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders relationships to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.
• Apply storytelling to share strategic insights to motivate stakeholders and address concerns.
• Evaluate compromises and adopt win-win solutions to gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage challenges in negotiation that impact desired strategic objectives
What You'll Learn
One of the key skills for leaders to navigate these VUCA times is to be able to influence behaviours, beliefs or attitudes in order to achieve desired outcomes and solutions. This course is designed to equip leaders with the skillsets to build consensus with stakeholders to achieve de-sired outcomes on matters of strategic importance. The program will facilitate the development of leaders in the roles of championing work-place effectiveness by management with tact.
Entry Requirements
It is assumed that the participants should minimally possess the following profile:
• Possess a minimum of O-Levels or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5; and
• Have more than 1 year of work experience; and
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
