Companies today operate in a data-driven economy, it is important to be able to turn data into information
and information into insight. This will enable the organisation to be more involved in decision-making on
a strategic level, such as measuring impact of employee engagement or financial performance. Ultimately, these would enable HR to make changes to key HR areas (functions such as recruitment,
performance management and learning & development) based on the insights gained.

Entry Requirements

It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
• Have more than 1 years or more of work experience; and
• Have at least 1 year’s experience in a supervisory or managerial role
