About This Course
This series provides them with the knowledge and ability to understand organisation’s strategy and goals, appreciate people demographics, organisational culture, and developing people solutions that help achieve business objectives while enabling employees to flourish. This is achieved through developing meaningful relationships with key people and teams across the organisation, using data to be more evidence-based in practice, and delivering a portfolio of business relevant solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
What You'll Learn

a strategic level, such as measuring impact of employee engagement or financial performance. Ultimately, these would enable HR to make changes to key HR areas (functions such as recruitment,
performance management and learning & development) based on the insights gained.
Entry Requirements
It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
• Have more than 1 years or more of work experience; and
• Have at least 1 year’s experience in a supervisory or managerial role
