About This Course
This programme will help the learners gain practical knowledge in designing and implementing the job re-design process to support the Organisation’s transformation. At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Identify relevant components to establish a robust Job Redesign process framework
- Perform logical analysis to analyse for job description and profile
- Adopt recommended improvements to the design of redesigned job and build up the redesigned job with relevant considerations
- Identify the constraints and risk involved during job redesign implementation
- Solicit for stakeholders buy-in when understanding the importance of it to the success of job redesign implementation
- Develop review systems for job redesign for improvements

Entry Requirements
It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
• Have more than 1 years or more of work experience; and
• Have at least 1 year’s experience in a supervisory or managerial role
