About This Course
This programme will help the learners to identify opportunities and targets for learning to facilitate continuous career development to support securing of employment and perform better at work in a new career. At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Understand the stages of career planning
- Evaluate self and feedback from others to determine career and learning development
- Perform Gaps Analysis to identify strengths and developmental gaps
- Establish Learning Goals aligned with career developmental needs
- Analyse Learning Experience to identify learning preferences
- Explore learning modes and approaches to meet learning needs
- Apply questioning techniques to acquire new skills and knowledge
- Review career development against goals through feedback
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Secondary or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5; and
• Have more than 2 years or more of work experience
