About This Course
LO1: Define and understand the concepts of personal effectiveness 
LO2: Apply effective stress management techniques which include exercising, having a proper nutrition, and to understand these impacts on one’s health and well being
LO3: Understand and apply principles of self care in order to adopt practical actions in maintaining health and well being
LO4: Reflect on one’s personal effectiveness and to take a deliberate effort in improving one’s personal effectiveness by adjusting one’s behaviours or emotions in the workplace
LO5: Identify emotional attachments or stress indicators which will affect one’s professional practice, and to take initiative in seeking consultative help from peers or supervisors

Entry Requirements
Learners are assumed to: 
1. Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
2. Minimum Secondary level
3. Familiar with the subject of stress in the workplace
* Should learners fail to meet the minimum pre-requisites, SQC will conduct screening / interview sessions to further ascertain the learners' suitability.
